The following is our order to delivery process:

Your order is confirmed when a deposit is paid and acknowledged by our Admin team;

Our admin team will then process your order and liaise with the manufacturers;

Your order is then handcrafted to your specific requirements;

Your order is quality checked by our inspection team;

Your order is passed to our logistics partner;

Our logistics partner will contact you to book in a delivery time slot;
Getting the Order to you
We use an independent, specialist logistics partner in transporting your order to you. Our logistics partner will deliver your order with ground floor drop-off.
If you have special requirements or require an assembly service, please enquire with our Admin team when placing the order.
Deliveries are carried out Monday to Sunday, with the exception of bank holidays.
Delivery times are between 7am and 9pm.
Deliveries to Scotland and South West England may have longer lead times. If this is the case, we will inform you.
Delivery Costs
We provide free delivery on all orders over £150, subject to the following:

North of Scotland – an additional surcharge of £75 is payable for delivery to DD, KY, KW, IV, PA, PH and AB postcodes;
